Your kitchen and main living spaces should be functional but dated. The scope of the transformation will be shaped by the home — from kitchen and living area to the full lower level or complete interior.
History, character, a story worth telling. The best applications come from homes that carry something unique — a memory, an heirloom, a generation.
Conceived and directed by a celebrated Italian designer — custom layout, materials, finishes, and all-new built-in appliances.
At minimum, the adjacent living areas will be reimagined to flow with the new kitchen. Depending on the home selected, the transformation may extend to the full lower level or complete interior.
All design, materials, labor, and appliances are provided at zero cost to the selected family.
The transformation will be captured in a professional film and photo production. Your home — and your story — will be seen.
For the duration of the renovation — approximately two to three months — the selected family will be provided with comfortable accommodations at no cost. You simply live your life while we transform your home.

This opportunity is open to homeowners in the Ostwestfalen-Lippe (OWL) region of Germany. We are looking for families or couples — at least two people — living in a single-family home with a yard, garden, or outdoor space. You must own the property and be willing to participate in a professional production.
No. All design, materials, labor, and appliances are provided completely free of charge to the selected family. There is no purchase required and no hidden fees.
The casting and production process is being managed by Watchmen Productions, a Berlin-based production company. The project itself is commissioned by an international appliance brand — full details, including the brand and the designer involved, will be shared with shortlisted applicants before any agreements are made.
Every application is reviewed by our team. If your home is shortlisted, we will reach out to you directly via email or phone to arrange a follow-up conversation. The final selection will be made after that stage.
You must submit a minimum of 5 and up to 8 photos. Please include at least one photo of your kitchen, one of your main living area, and one of your exterior or yard. Clear, well-lit photos — even taken on a phone — are perfectly fine.
